Regular Style

With rounded corners and horizontal roof panels, the regular style is typically the most economical option.

Boxed Eave Style

This upgraded version possesses an “A” frame and horizontal roof panels, making it both stylish and affordable.

Vertical Roof Style

These versions also feature the “A” frame as well as vertical roof panels, preventing rain and snow from standing on your building.

Standard Buildings – These fully enclosed 12’ – 24’ wide units come in a both single and double carport variations, and offer the most economical and high quality option on the market.

Barn Buildings – Carolina’s barn comes in three variations, the Horse, Carolina and Seneca Barn. They are designed with 3 sections which combine to offer up to 64’ of covered barn space.

Certified Triples – Certified Triple Wides range in size from 26’ to 30’ wide, and come in both top only and fully enclosed garage with side height up to 14’. With a heavy duty truss system to meet heavy wind and snow load requirements, these are perfect for oversized equipment and covering multiple vehicles.

Certified 40’ Wide – All 40’ Wide Carolina Carport buildings are designed by a professional engineer to ensure it meets or exceeds wind and snow load requirements. Variations include top only and totally enclosed, and these sound structures are more economical than red iron or pre-engineered steel buildings.

Garden Shed – The Garden Shed is exceptionally functional and quaint, with a unique soffited roof and a front eave for improved weather protection. This shed also comes equipped with shutters and a flower box.

All Cook buildings are built in a quality controlled environment and delivered directly to you fully assembled, set up and leveled.

Lifetime Warranty

Cook offers a lifetime warranty on all pressure-treated materials in their buildings. This incredibly resilient material is designed to be resistant to decay and termites, so if any of your portable building’s lumber decays or suffers termite damage, Cook will replace it for free. In addition all new and pre-owned Cook buildings come with a 5-year parts, labor and material warranty.
