Michael Hepner is an entrepreneur living with his loving wife Amy in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Growing up in an atmosphere of wonder and innovation, his father working for NASA ever since the Apollo 13 went up, Michael made it his life’s work to help people grow to their fullest potential – both in business and in life.
After going to ODU for Electrical Engineering & Military Leadership, Michael went on to Regent University earning a MBA with a 3.8 GPA in Global Leadership, Management, and Entrepreneurship.
For over 10 years, Michael has experienced first-hand what works, and importantly what doesn’t work, from big business (over 20,000 employees) down to small business (under 50 employees). Wisdom is shown to be right by the lives of those who live it, and by what results from it over time. Success Principles stand the test of time, and the patterns of which are seen in the lives of those who attract success.
Hepner Enterprises LLC was established in 2012, and after extensive Research & Development in order to give people the most Value, created a Branch called Michael Hepner Consulting. Always striving to give more than what he offers, Michael’s mission is to Transform Lives, one Business at a time. Not just for Companies and the people who work for them, yet also for their Customers and everyone they come in contact with.
