Grandpa Home Health, LLC is a family-owned business servicing Palm Beach County. We can provide support from a 4-hour minimum per day and up to 24-hour care and Live-in caregivers are also available. You can have peace of mind knowing your loved one gets the dedicated care and attention they deserve, even when you can't be home. Services can be done in the comfort of a patient's home, Hospital, Assisted Living facility, Nursing Home, or rehab. Servicing all of Palm Beach County.
