Thrasher Construction is owned and operated by Scott Thrasher who has been in the construction field for over 20 years. Scott’s experience covers all phases of construction from foundations to roofing. Scott started his apprenticeship in Los Angeles California, remodeling homes and business in 1978.

From there, he moved to Sacramento California and opened Thrasher Construction where he spent the next several years framing track homes. In 1986, he moved to Los Gatos where he worked with his brother at Thrasher Termite Control in the termite report repair business for 14 years. After the passing of his brother in 2001, Scott moved his family to Auburn California to get away from the city life of San Jose and has never looked back!

Out of the three bids I received for replacing my deck, Thrasher Construction was the lowest. Even though the bid was the least expensive, the work was certainly not. My deck is incredible! Scott told me that I probably would not be able to go in and out my back door since only the sub-structure would be complete. To my delight, when I arrived home from work the first day of construction, I found temporary decking and a safe temporary stairway down to the ground. I was tickled pink! Why is this important? He took the time and was compassionate enough to do it so that my 2 100 lb. dogs would have access to their yard! This is a perfect example of customer service at its best!
