I, Aaron Cutler, founded and established South Florida Engineering Services with the specific intent to serve the State of Florida municipal clients with elite-level construction management services that have been a staple of my reputation over the past 20 years.
Our Specialty
My primary goal is to provide the Owner with an experienced, responsive, and accessible construction management team who will oversee and administer a successful project for the Owner, Engineer, and all Project Stakeholders. I will bring all our experience and success to this project, while meeting your technical standards, budget, and schedule needs. This project will be my primary focus, and I will always give 110% commitment to complete every project task within the required time and budget constraints!

I will provide a trusted level of service and detailed oversight of all the Contractor’s plans, phasing, and installation methods so that the construction of these vital systems goes smoothly. • Responsiveness
The nature of SFES Construction Services is such that responsiveness is the key to resolving construction issues in the field so that the Contractor’s crews are not ever on stand-by, which could result in contractor claims or project delays. Many consultants claim to be responsive; however, we take great pride in ensuring that we are immediately accessible and responsive to our clients’ needs. This has been demonstrated over the last 18 years on numerous successful projects that I have personally steered to the finish line.
• Leadership
The Owner must be provided a lead Construction Manager as the primary point of contact who can respond to issues and needs pertaining to each phase of this Contract. This person must be knowledgeable of the project and provide an efficient means of communication between the OWNER, Permit Agencies, Design Team, General Contractor, and all Sub-Contractors. I will personally perform and oversee all our construction services for this contract and will be the Owner's central point of contact. I am also a State Licensed Certified General Contractor (CGC), Project Management Institute Certified Professional (PMP), and Senior Construction Manager with 22 years of construction management and inspection experience. I believe in a hands-on approach and doing “whatever it takes” to confirm project success. I have certainly demonstrated on numerous past projects that I will take personal ownership of this project assignment to confirm your satisfaction. I am also supported by Engineers and Staff who specialize in full Water Systems, Cathodic Protection, and Horizontal Directional Drilling.
