Southern Surfaces LLC is a Southwest Florida–based installation company serving coastal, mainland, and inland communities. We specialize in professional tile, flooring, showers, backsplashes, large-format tile, slab, LVP, and hardwood installations, as well as related surface work, all performed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and accepted industry standards.

We install a wide range of customer-supplied and contractor-supplied products, including tile, stone, porcelain, LVP, membranes, and related setting materials. All products are installed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards applicable at the time of installation.

Services

Southern Surfaces LLC provides professional installation services for residential and select commercial projects throughout Southwest Florida. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Waterproofing systems (as specified and scoped)
• Tile flooring and wall tile

• Large-format tile and slab installations
• LVP and hardwood flooring installations
• Surface preparation and substrate correction, where applicable
• Removal of existing flooring and finishes, when included in the scope of work

This warranty covers installation-related workmanship issues only and does not include material defects, structural movement, plumbing issues, moisture intrusion, normal wear, or work performed by others.
