About Us

Started auctioning in October of 1980 and started selling real estate in 1981, went to brokers classes and received brokers license in 1982. I went to Ivy Tech for my education, started appraising for the Elberfeld State Bank for bank loans and have doing it ever since. I am a licensed appraiser for the state and can appraise homes for any lending institution there is in Indiana.

Member Of: Indiana Auctioneer Association, National Auctioneer Association (since 1980), Indiana Board of Realtors, Evansville Board of Realtors, MLS, Indiana Realtors Association, National Independent Fee Appraisers Warrick County Chamber of Commerce, Who's Who of Entrepreneurs, and Bid Calling Champion of District #5 (1994).

We offer complete Auction Services, from the appraisal of the property, to the proper listing, to the necessary advertising and, if desired, the preparation of items and the set up prior to the sale. The sale itself, is conducted by a very competent staff, who works for you. This enables you to receive the most for your overall auction

Tents are available in case of inclement weather and they cover 1600 sq. ft. All sales are computerized and tables are furnished, along with the tents at no extra charge
