Comments: Greg replaced stairs from our elevated deck, about 9 feet high. Stairs had dry rot issues, upon demolition found that stairs had not been installed correctly. Greg modified deck framing and replaced the stairs, mounted correctly, and installed a mid span support. Demolition, construction and cleanup were completed in a single day. Will use him again in the future.

He was very clear about redwood vs. composite. 2. Creative options. Once under way Greg offered us some creative solutions to improve the existing design. 3. Flexible work schedule. We had to put new sewer lines that went right through the deck area. Greg was able to work around the plumbing schedule 4. Plumbing contractor. Comments: I had Greg re-build a 12’x24’ backyard deck. When giving an estimate, he spent time listening to exactly what I wanted (other contractors took a quick look and quoted prices without truly listening). Price was an issue for me and Greg suggested several options to help reduce overall cost. The work was done in a timely manner and he was available to communicate on the progress of the project. Greg even went beyond the scope of the original contract and added extra support beams making the deck more structurally sound.
