Conducted surveys in different parts of the world while in the reserves and while in the private sector, completed surveys in 13 different States throughout the Southeast.. 10 years of Alabama Department of Transportation experience involving construction, design and surveying. Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor since 2008. Owned and operated 21st Century Surveying, LLC for 11 years. We conduct our services utilizing the latest technology by incorporating Topcon GPS and robotic total station equipment as well as computer drafting. All of our work is performed to meet the Standards of Practice for Surveying in the State of Alabama.

If any issues arise during the process of determining the location of the boundary between you and your neighbor, we work just as hard to resolve them at the surveying level. Trying to keep both parties out of court, striving to keep peace in the community. We offer resolving, if necessary, the issues through a notarized and recorded, Boundary Line Agreement.
